Refund policy

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

  • Original tags and hygiene liners must be attached and intact

Returned items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale items

  • Mystery items

  • Items with removed or damaged hygiene liners

  • Items showing signs of wear or washing
